Why is it necessary to wait several weeks?

What are the delivery times after shipment?

1 to 2 days in France, 3 to 5 days in Europe, 5 to 8 days in the rest of the world.

No. Outside the European Union, duties and taxes are calculated and paid at the time of ordering (DDP). There is nothing to pay upon delivery.

Yes, the prices shown include all taxes for the European Union. Outside the EU, the price is shown excluding French VAT, and local taxes are added at checkout.

The watch in everyday life

Can I swim with it on?

It is 5 ATM (50 m) water-resistant: splash, rain, and hand-washing resistant. We strongly advise against swimming and showering, as these can cause premature wear of the waterproof seals.

How do I wind and set my watch?

The movement is automatic and winds with the movement of the wrist. If it has stopped, about twenty turns of the crown are enough to restart it.

Can I change the strap?

Yes. The lug width is 20 mm or 22 mm depending on the model, and additional straps are available on the Accessories page of the site.

Warranty, maintenance and returns

What's the warranty?

24 months from the date of shipment, in addition to the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects.

How do I maintain my watch? Does it need to be serviced?

We recommend a service 3 years after purchase, then every 5 years, performed directly in our workshop.

Can I return my watch?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been worn, is complete, and includes the original protective packaging. Watches customized upon request, outside of the options available on the site, are excluded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Does the watch come with a certificate?
