Model design
Everything starts with the creation of freehand sketches of the future models.
We then design 2D and 3D plans for each component that makes up the watch.
A prototype is created using 3D printing before the first watch is produced.

Handmade dial
The dials of Vestige models are entirely handmade in our workshop.
We have developed a very rigorous manufacturing process in order to maintain our quality standards.
The production of a dial requires 20 hours of work for the most basic models.
A custom, hand-painted dial requires additional time, which can reach more than 30 hours.

Assembly
We maintain the assembly of all our models by Julien Louis. Each watch requires several weeks of work and is produced to order.
For each order, the minimum lead time is 4 weeks and can go up to 12 weeks for certain models with complex customizations.
