Return, Withdrawal and Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your watch to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.

To exercise it, inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement sent to contact@julienlouis.com, stating your order number. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. We will then send you the return address and instructions.

2. Exceptions

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, in particular watches with a personalised engraving, a made-to-measure strap or any modification carried out at your request beyond the options offered on the website.

3. Return conditions

The watch must be sent back to us no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw. It must be returned in its original condition, unworn, with its protective films, box, packaging and all its documents (certificate, warranty). Any depreciation resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the watch may engage your liability and lead to a reduction of the refund.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Given the value of our watches, we strongly recommend a tracked shipment insured for the full value of the item: the watch remains under your responsibility until we receive it.

4. Refund

We will refund all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the watch or until you have provided proof of its shipment, whichever is earlier. The refund is made using the same means of payment as the one used for the order.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, import duties and taxes paid at the time of order are refunded insofar as they can be recovered from the customs authorities.

5. Damaged or non-conforming watch

If your watch arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours at contact@julienlouis.com with photos. Return costs are then borne by us and, at your choice, we will repair, replace or refund the watch.

6. Legal guarantees

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, and from the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
